THE PROCESS
The prospective affiliate artiste, by consenting to register with Caribtempo Pool, demonstrates approval of the policy and process, and agrees to meet the requirements of the operation and, thereby, consents to providing those requirements and considerations in order that the commitments hitherto proposed and, therein, offered through the pool may be implemented effectively and efficiently.
The artiste or designated agent or representative is obligated to furnish the items, per zone specification, to enable the pool to implement its duties, as diligently as possible, as declared in its general proposals. These include provision of;
It is conditional that when quota requirements exceed 250 Copies; based on the zone selected; that Caribtempo Communications, Inc., as a primary matter of economics, be allowed to get the pressing of complimentary copies; as would be required; done through its direct pressing/replication sources for pool services requirements solely on very strict regulatory conditions.
In the event of the need to facilitate 'direct Caribtempo pressing/replication', the production; CD or Vinyl Record; will follow the following procedures:
