Caribtempo's POOL SERVICES form the crux of Caribtempo Communications' obligation to both the artists directly affiliated with the company, and those represented through association with agencies: booking, distributors, producers and others.
To accommodate candidates desirous of registering, a ZONE SYSTEM has been devised. In this way, artistes - or their representatives - are able to select locations of preference where promotion/publicity undertakings are deemed most appropriate. This system is, as well, tailored to meet the financial convenience of interested parties.
There are NINE ZONES. Each zone represents A BLOC OF COUNTRIES/NATIONS for which the services of THE POOL will be effective.
Besides the circulation of COMPLIMENTARY COPIES OF A RELEASE - preferably CD or VINYL RECORD, the pool entails PROMOTION/PUBLICITY CAMPAIGNS on the artiste's behalf. In so doing, it agrees to act as PUBLICIST . by compiling BIOS to circulate to media houses; namely: Radio, TV, magazine and newspaper within the zone selected.
